Garth Davis is the Owner and Licensee of PROPERTY POWERHOUSE. Garth was born in Harare, Zimbabwe, Africa and emigrated to Australia in 2002. He is married to Helen and they have 2 sons who were born in Joondalup, Western Australia. Garth has been working in the property industry for the last 12 years and is very successful and experienced in helping his investor clients buy investment properties around Australia.
Garth and his wife own 9 investment properties themselves around Australia, and they have a strategic mix of house and land as well as apartments. Garth has experienced firsthand the successes and challenges of being a property investor, as well as the pleasures of capital growth, and excellent tax savings from investing in new properties through high depreciation allowances.
Garth is passionate about property and loves his work, and helping his investor clients. Outside of that he loves spending time with his family and coaching his 2 sons’ cricket and rugby teams. Garth has a huge passion for rugby union and as a part of that PROPERTY POWERHOUSE contributes significantly back into the community. PROPERTY POWERHOUSE is the Premier Grade Sponsor of the Joondalup Brothers Rugby Union Premier Grade Team, as well as being the Principal Partner of the Perth Spirt rugby union team which won the 2016 National Rugby Championship (NRC) tournament. Garth is concerned about the homelessness challenges in Australia and is a regular participant in the annual CEO Sleepout event run by St Vincent De Pauls and Garth helps raise awareness and much need funding for this very important cause.
